PRIVACY & ORDERING

A clear request. A personal reply.

Your bag is an order request, not a completed purchase.

How requests work

Products and add-ons show an estimated subtotal. We confirm design details, availability, fit, timing, any delivery costs and applicable taxes, and payment arrangements with you by email before printing begins. Sending an email does not charge you.

Your information

Your bag and request draft are saved in this browser so you can come back to them. When you choose the email button, your email app opens with the details you entered. You review and send that message. Information is not sent to us just by filling in the form.

We use information you send to discuss and fulfill your request. Only send photos and artwork you have permission to use. Coordinate reference files by email and avoid including sensitive information that is not needed for your order.

Questions or changes

Contact kobaltkreations3d@gmail.com about an order, a correction, or a privacy question. Please ask us about changes before production begins.
